>>40890506This argument is why "you dont need every pokemon, youll just hoard them in a box!" is bullshit, there are millions of Pokemon fans but not even 1000 Pokemon, statistically every single Pokemon has a ton of fans, or at LEAST people who would be upset if that Pokemon were gone.
I personally don't transfer every single Pokemon and do a living dex, just a select number of favorites and shinies from game to game, dex cut fucks me and a ton of other casual fans over hard, ESPECIALLY children who are attached to their Greninja or Decidueye.
I only just remembered that the dex cut was never officially announced overseas and Japan never got that letter from Masuda to the fans, so there are going to be so many little kids who want to move their XY or SM team to the Switch only to find most if not all of them can't go. Shit's sad and despicable, fuck Gamefreak.
