Brock got to escape from his obligations at the Gym and become a doctor, Misty's a renowned Water Type expert, May and Serena seem to be high-level Coordinators/Performers, Dawn's a hobo Coordinator, but that seems to be of her own devising, Iris is the champion, Lillie found her dead dad, Mallow will take over her family restaurant, Sophocles is becoming an astronaut, Kiawe is continuing to battle, Lana is...vibing, I guess, Goh is catching Pokemon and Chloe is a researcher for her dad.
There was one dude in the middle of MPM who made a post about what would happen to all of the Pokegirls after the anime ended with no one winning though, and it's incredible. Pic related.
