Welp. It finally happened, I had to dump Duraludon. I was a fan since the release of Sword and Shield in 2019, ordered all its plushies from the Pokémon Center, watched every episode thus far of Pokémon Journeys: The Series to see Raihan's Duraludon, tediously grinded 10k coins to obtain its license during the recent Concert event in UNITE and spent all my Aeos Tickets on Item Enhancers to level up the Muscle Band just for it, I did everything to support this toilet. But, now, I’m just tired of it. I’m tired of staying up all night on /pug/ trying to defend all of Duraludon's blunders, the countless broken toxic Dragon Pulses, the way Tencent bent the knee to people complaining about its strengths, and their obstinate refusal to give Flash Cannon the real buff it needs. I am tired of always being stressed out, wondering if upcoming updates will sink Duraludon's standing in the tier lists.
It finally hit me, this toilet has been exposed numerous times as OP and broken in UNITE, so why am I staying up all night, every night trying to defend it? It is time for ALL of us to fess up, Tencent tricked us, they made us all believe Duraludon was worth the 10,000 Aeos Coin asking price, well it's NOT and I’m tired of pretending it is, I’ve spent nearly every night over the past month trying to defend Duraludon's inclusion in UNITE, and I am fatigued, irritated and lacking so much rest.
IT’S OVER, I’m sick of it! Azumarill will soon be released in UNITE, and we may as spend our Coins on the bunny and show off our Easter pride. Now I am going to rest real easy and catch up on some essential and much-needed sleep, but not before I put my Duraludon merchandise into the garbage can.
