>>50959442Yeah Skeb is growing in popularity, from my understanding. Poipiku might be another place to occasionally check, though I don't know if it's just me but damn is the interface on the confusing side, and it's not easy searching/browsing the site.
I don't like traps because I don't like crossdressing/feminization of guys. Guys look hotter in male clothing, and male physique is what does it for me. So yeah, the struggle is real for a Goh fan like me, lol. I can't say I know what it's like not being attracted to genitalia 'cause I certainly am, but I know there are people like that. Peoples' brains can be wired differently, and I'm not the type of person that tries to make people feel like there's something wrong with them.
I get what you're saying about art. It only captures a single frame, and usually you have to rely on a character's facial reaction to get any sort of idea what they're feeling/thinking. You're more into what a character is feeling/thinking than what's happening on the outside of their body. Something like, you're not interested in the act itself, but how the character reacts to that act on an emotional level. That's important to me too, but I do still very much enjoy art on more... basic (I guess?) level.
AO3 is a pretty welcoming and open-minded community of writers; you might be able to find one there that would write the kind of stories you're looking for (many of them take requests and don't ask for money).
Ash's design is apparently everything to me, lol. My interest in him dropped to zero as soon as I saw his face and the clothes he wore in SM. XY Ash is my ideal Ash.
