Galactic takes over a windmill farm to harness energy or some shit. After some preparation, they attack all three lakes at once (bombing the shit out of one of them). They use the Lake Trio's gems to create Red Chains, which are used to manipulate Dialga and Palkia. The Lake Trio aren't strong enough to stop both of them at once. Giratina politely offers Cyrus a room in hell.
