Should I feel bad or should I just laugh about their incompetence, considering I messaged them just a few days in asking about the tracking anyway? They probably could have gotten this all resolved without needing to give me a refund if they had just followed up with me saying "hey the post office hasn't received the package yet" well before I was eligible for a refund.
