I'd raise my power in secret, slowly becoming the most powerful trainer the world has ever seen quietly under the eye of the public (somewhat akin to grinding on nothing but level 3 Wild Pokemon to get to 100). It would take decades, but I would eventually amass a team so powerful that nobody could stand in my way. Without warning, I'd start my own evil organization with all the funding I've gotten from my real life job, amass an army of rare Pokemon hunters who snatch off powerful, exotic Pokemon from other trainers, and always fool-proof my armies so no ordinary 10 year old can stop me.
