I didn't think you guys could get more dense, i don't even.
We do not need a plot because we already have one, it's right here, we just surveyed it:
http://capx.wikia.com/wiki/The_Plot. What we need is a story, a series of events that connect the plot points we surveyed. Is this concept that fucking hard to grasp?
For example: When you come back for your Pokédex your friend tells you that your Pokémon got stolen, you find and battle Doucherado but he runs away and keeps your friend's Pokémon. Doucherado is a dick.
>Doucherado is a dick.This is the plot. If i recall correctly we made a survey that says he's a dick just because, so we don't need to explore it further.

This is the story, from this point on the player realizes that Doucherado is a dick (the plot) and will keep doing dickish things during the whole game. We just have to decide what dickish things.
Another example of story involving doucherado is that you meet him in the saloon and spill his drink, he gets pissed and challenges you (story) because he's a dick (plot)
Creating this isn't that fucking hard, we just have to follow the routes and decide what happens one route at the time.
