Feraligator: Sheer Force+Life Orb. Nuff said.
Magcargo: Best usage is as a physical wall. Maybe you can pull something else with it in doubles but it really suffers from its stats and typing (though offensives they're pretty sweet).
Purugly: With the advent of Sticky Web and other stat lowering abilities/moves Defiant Purugly coming in on a Sticky Web then doing +2 Stab Fake Out is something to consider.
Steelix: I have honestly tried to figure out ways to make him better and have had extreme troubles in this department. Assault Vest with a +Sp.Def nature and Hp/Sp.Def EV's might be the thing for him though I have yet to test it. Slap Dragon Tail, Earthquake, and Gyro Ball, on him and he should do decently well. There's also Sheer Force + Life Orb but... yeah....
Scrafty: Dragon Dance and Shed Skin. In doubles he can stall a Gale Wings Talonflame forever with Quick Guard unless it uses Flare Blitz. The only problem is that now he's unfortunately 4x weak to fairy types but non-fairy types pose the greatest offensive threat to him. Fairy types do wall him pretty hard though unless you have other ways to hit them.
Has decent singles potential and nice doubles potential.
