Why would it be a dragon? It's a dinosaur and honestly barely one at that since it only has a lizard like tail, this isn't even a charizard situation where its clearly a dragon but not typed as one, you just see spiky lizard tail and start soifacing as if we haven't had tons of non-dragon dinos in the past.
