I had a version that swapped nidoking and gengar as my sig here but I lost it.
Team itself is meant to be thematic to a swamp/marsh. For the ruins, picture like woodfall temple in Majora's Mask, but with more explictly Mesoamerican (Aztec, Maya) style archtecture (will post more about that sort of archtecture in a follow up post)
Not happy with the "shaman badge", since "shaman" implies like, a village elder or something, when these civilizations had formal governments and religious institutions with bureaucratic civil offices for religious officials.

A Court room for a fighting tym is pretty creative, can you talk more about that? I also like the dog/cat theme for the manson/dark gym, though I think you should swap out Inciniroar for Mightyena, so there's a bettrer dog/cat balance and since incinrroar is sort of an odd man out being so big and bipedal.
