If you want to run Dark, you pretty much need Darkrai. The Premium Pass trial is giving out a copy of him this month, so you can guarantee at least one of them.
The general idea is to keep Weez at the front poisoning and being a thicc wall while you stack energy on the Darkrai in the bench (which causes 20 chip damage to the opponent's active, then Koga the Weezing out and ball out with 'Rai. You'll want Rocky Helmets for even more chip and Giant Capes to make stuff tankier. Dawn is good for shifting energy around. You'll also want some other attackers. Weavile ex is pretty popular but anything *can* more of less work depending on how energy hungry they are.
Pic related is my own Darkness deck. It's not fantastic, because you'll want to narrow your focus to less attackers (and more copies) for consistency, but this might give you a slight idea of what to look for.
I suggest looking into tournament players, just for an idea of what people generally think works.
