What we can get from this is that Arceus is a cunt that regularly kidnaps random trainers and shoops them around the timeline, no doubt creating a complete mess for the pokemon that handle time stuff (Dialga, Celebi, etc) to clean up.
Shit even in spinoffs, in PMD Super despite knowing full well what was going on and having AGES to stop it, as in "we already went through this shit thousands of years ago and you still did fuckall in the meantime), instead Arceus just foists it upon some rando pokemon to prevent the world from plummeting into the Sun while all he does is come in at the end to just telepathically talk to a few pokemon and deliver plot exposition.
