Boggles my mind that my mom's three tailed bull is the rarest wild pokemon.

I always thought she was a safari zone exclusive and the rarest pokemon. Doesnt that make Tauros the rarest? It makes no sense, I thought her whole identity was about how incredibly rare and special it is?! Her japanese name is LUCKy, the english name is CHANCEy ffs.

Does it at least run away as soon as it shows up? I'm guessing the answer is no.
