>>19774736I thought I was the only one! It finally looks like a Rock/Flying type, and its pretty solid competitively. I understand its not always worth the Mega slot compared to some of the more powerful options, but it is still a powerful, potent Pokemon that does pretty well even in OU on the right team.
I've always loved Aerodactyl, and was very excited he got a Mega. So what if people rip on it for being "edgy" or "lazy". The model actual differs from normal Aero in a few ways apart from the rocks, like head/jaw shape, tail proportions, and overall build. Makes sense cause the dex says the Mega form is bigger, which implies some physical changes besides growing spikes.
I just hope he gets some good new moves soon via tutor or breeding. Head Smash or Brave Bird combined with Tough Claws would be fantastic. As of now Mega Aero is basically a faster LO Aero without recoil unless its using contact moves. Even though that's still a decent deal, it'd be nice to have some more punch.
