It would have been more stand-out back when there were no pure Flying Types, but it would still be really unique due to the fact that Flying Type very rarely plays on the elemental aspect of air. Usually Flying is just slapped on things that fly, but a Flying Type Eevee would actually embody air as an element so it would be cool.
I'm not sure HOW I would like it to fly. Wings, float cloud mane or something else.
