Cyclizar will come back if and only if Shed Tail gets banned. People are pretty sick of Orthworm pass, so this is feasible, but not guaranteed.
Nothing else really has a chance unless Tera gets banned. If that does happen, then I'd expect Espathra and maybe Annihilape to get retested.
