>>50194179>Does your character know any instruments? How talented are they with them?Brent knows how to play many instruments: Saxophone, Harmonica, every type of Guitar, Bass, Pino, Violin, he can dance, and he can sing with the cleanest and most versatile Baritone & Bass voice. He probably knows even more instruments than this just by proxy of always wanting to learn more instruments and styles and techniques. He's most well known for his Guitar, Bass, Sax, and apparently his rap skills.
>How would they feel about playing music with others? He does this for a living, and thinks you can learn a lot about people and their soul through music.
>Do they play music professionally, and if they do how famous are they for it?Yes, Brent/The Spring Vibrations are world wide famous musicians at this point. They moved up from little concerts in no name clubs or little venues they pulled up for themselves. They've been performing on big concert stages all around the world, pulling in the crowds by the hundreds and thousands.
>And, a bit outside the box, but do any trainers use music in other ways?Brent uses music all the time for combat. Brent doesn't normally order Pokemon or people around in fights (as most don't need it & he doesn't have time for it), he just plays music that buffs & inspires himself and his allies, destroy & debuff his foes, or just to calm folks down.
All Pokemon that train/partner under Brent build up momentum in battles from his music too, I've referred to it as 'Weaponizing Hype'. They can survive mortal wounds, get drastically increased evasion, accuracy, tank through hits, end conditions, they can heal, they can even attack multiple times in one turn just because they get that hyped and hot blooded. Its also really fun. Headbanging with a Lopunny and Swing Dancing with a Gardevoir while fighting will never not be fun.
