So if I wanted to do this too, all I would need to get is a Level 1 Pokemon with perfect IVs right? Sorry I'm not into the whole IV/EV thing and don't understand them just yet, but I like doing what you said too. I just want to make sure I can raise them correctly and strong once they're level 75+.
