1.) Cuteness
2.) Concept
3.) Coolness
Hyper Beam immediately adds +100 points to the cool factor and practically EVERY fully evolved Pokemon can learn it. Giga Impact isn't cool, it's just a bigger Tackle. Also why I hate Breakneck Blitz.
