I can lead most of the time with him, even moreso against the plethora of rain and sand teams out there and wreck havoc with dual spores. Giga drain, regenerator, and phenomenal resistive typing and bulk allow him to even safely counter ice attacks from nonstab users. Finally clear smog is an excellent finishing utility move to ensure i don't get swept by rampant boost abuse.
He contributes greatly in some way every game i have.
