It's my revision of Phlask from your pokedex.
I like the current design a lot whoever did that is pretty good in my opinion and so i kept a lot from it.
I like the creepy and cute approach for a ghost types base evolution so i tried to go that route.
English isn't my first language but i suppose the name is a reference to a bottle of poison so i gave it a shape reminiscent of a cartoony style laboratory container.
The teeth like spikes could probably be a bit less pointy but that could also be a possible male/female difference.
I recommend orange smoke for shiny color (dat pepper-spray)
