I was thinking about the arrow theme in his name and design and it would be really cool to see a new multi-hit Flying move a la Bullet Seed or Rock Blast. Something to do with feather darts or arrows or something in that vein. Could totally work thematically, and maybe he could get Skill Link or Technician or something to go with it.
I'd hope GameFreak at least gives his evolutions something better than the Keen Eye/Big Pecks/mediocre stats that the so often saddle the early-game birds with. Staraptor was built with a very specific purpose in mind, with good abilities, moves, and stats for it. Let's see them do the same with this relentless little fucker, but maybe for a different role so he stands out.
