A couple of hiccups but nothing too bad. The only problems I'm having are coming down to type diversity and Sinnoh pokes not really having it right now. Gardenia was the hardest battle so far.
>Fat Cat AttackThis was a cakewalk because I kept Provolone on the team for it. It went down in one hit from Revenge no problem. Only real concern was switching him in after taking down Zubat with Ham, but it didn't really do that much damage.
>Psychic Double BattleAnother place where things could have gone south really quickly. Was not expecting both Abras to have Energy Ball and thankfully the did not lob them both at Gabagool. Not letting my guard down again round these things.
>GardeniaYou see my team and understand why I was nervous about this. This whole gym really made me want a Starly, but still no dice on that front. Despite having pluck, I only wanted to switch to the water types if absolutely necessary. Cherubi and Turtwig took a while with Bites, but ultimately ended up using up all of Gardenia's potions. I had to switch to Mortadella pretty soon after Rosarade came out though due to too much damage. I switched gears to send in Ham, who got a crucial nuzzle off on it to paralyze. I then switched to Potato to soak up the Petal Blizzards and potentially get sacked so I could send in Gabagool for a pluck. Thankfully it didn't come to a sack, and I was able to get in Gabagool safe, Pluck the Sitrus Berry I didn't know it was holding, and finish it off.
>JupiterEasy compared to Gardenia but still involved a lot of switching. Ham Paralyzed, Gabagool tanked Flamethrower got a Bubblebeam off, though I should have used Pluck given what it was holding, and Roast Beef finished it off with a Headbutt.
>>48785588Yeah I'm probably going to have to dip into the PC for that. I just really need to get a flying type before I fight Maylene otherwise I imagine it won't be fun. F for Gliscor, the teams here seem really interesting though. Might need to check this out.
