I wish game freak would bring back the charm the pokewalker had. The ability to see your pokemon, battle pokemon, find items, go on different routes, and even trading between friends on this tiny device was absolutely amazing. The poke ball plus is a shallow version of the pokewalker, Merely a controller that makes noise and has rumble. Imagine what newer content they could add to a new pokewalker model with the technology we have today. The original from 2010 was already ambitious. I would love to see it get revisited.
