>>46137495I feel like we need to delineate vintage and modern when we're talking like this, especially when we getting into reprints or new production lines. I fully expect the hype around unbelievably shitty sets like vivid voltage and champions path to evaporate, especially as production is ramped up, covid winds down (hopefully), and new (more organically hyped) sets release, but i don't really predict any heavy retracings with respect to, like, WotC-era cards happening any time soon, even if free gibs end and people are able to go outside again. But I don't know, these are Thrilling Times and hard to predict
