Admittedly I don't think they should actually add it, because it would've been a lot better if it was introduced back in Generation I or something. A lot of pokémon like Spiritomb or Hydreigon WOULD have been Chaotic Type but can't be feasibly retyped now.
It'd be for things like Spinda, Girafarig, Dodrio and Porygon-Z. Things that fight with confusion-fu, are misfit mischief-makers, or are just generally really strange and bizarre and unpredictable.
