Raichu has been getting fucked over for years, Game Freak just does not like Raichu. Personally I've always thought Raichu was cooler than Pikachu but yeah, I do not expect Raichu to get a Mega at all. If he does that's awesome, but I know it's going to be Pikachu because it's Pikachu. Raichu is a little too different from Pikachu to be marketable so if Pikachu does get a Mega it's going to be just a slightly different Pikachu.
