I don't know how well that really translates, but I'll try.
It's a dark type gym with smug grinning, or otherwise fitting, Pokemon like Sableye, Sneasel/Weavile, Malamar, Zweilous, Mightyena, and Mandibuzz.
All the trainers are wearing black masks over their mouths with gigantic grins on them.
Everytime you beat a gym trainer, the closed bear trap looking mechanism blocking off the Gym Leader opens a bit more, until the gap is tall enough to walk through (don't have to fight every possible trainer to do this).
The leader is a short girl with sharp teeth that's like the masks, except that's just her face, and a Sharpedo ace with Crunch/Ice Fang/Psychic Fang/Swagger. Maybe throw in Gengar somewhere too.
All the Pokemon in the gym have 3 damaging attacks and 1 status move.
