These are my predictions for Sword and Shield. They might or might not be accurate.
·Corviknight has a pre evolved form named Corvi. It is based on a baby crow. It is likely a pure flying or flying/steel like its evolved form(?)
·Team Yell Is Not The Villianous Team For This Game. The Team Is Actually Team Metallic. They are mad scientists who want to use Dynamaxing for their own evil purposes. They also turn wild Poke’mon into cyborgs, known as Weaponized Poke’mon.
·Algernon is the leader of Team Metallic. He is a young man shrouded in a black hooded cloak. He is also rumored to be Sonia’s brother and Professor Magnolia’s grandson. The player first meets him after the gym battle with Milo commenting on Dynamaxing.
·Weaponized Poke’mon are wild Poke’mon controlled by Team Metallic. They have cyborg like appearances and have a glowing aura like Totem Poke’mon.
·Regional Forms Make A Return. This Time Though, They Are On Johto Poke’mon.
* Galarian Sentret and Galarian Furret are Normal/Fighting.
* Galarian Crobat is Poison/Electric.
*Galarian Natu and Galarian Xatu Are Ghost/Flying. Galarian Xatu is one of the signature Poke’mon of the Champion Leon.
·The Pikaclone for this generation is Hoorika. It is based on some sort of gerbil with a red hood on its head. It is Electric/Fire.
·Zacian is Water/Steel and Zamazenta is Fire/Steel. The Third Legendary, Zabeige is based on a golden wolf with a spear on its back. It is Electric/Steel.
·The Gyms of the Galar Region Are Grass, Water, Rock, Fairy, Dark, Ghost, Dragon, and Steel.
·Ryuki makes a return as a Gym Leader, but now has more of a grunger style outfit as compared to his appearance in the seventh generation games.
·The Elite Four of the Galar Region Are Ice, Electric, Poison, and Psychic.
·Some Poke’mon Mega Evolve When Dynamaxing. They Still Retain The Mega Evolved Form once the limit of Dynamax is up.
