We don't know much about her backstory, minus being an ordinary girl before Lin came along and got adopted(?) by Terra's parents. Timeline of her is "Normal > Lin'd > teh penguin of d00m".
Of course, I believed we mentioned that Terra could've been a great example of a character that's meant to be a warning on just drowning yourself in internet culture, in that endpoint of not taking a single thing seriously. You outright have the Void if you wanna infodump shit on her personality, show that she's worried no one loves her or some other simple shit like that.
