My first games were Gold and Ruby around 2003 when I was 10, but after that I sort of jumped out of anything related to Pokémon.
I found out about Gen IV when PLATINUM was being released, and I didn't even know about the DS back then, so that was a pretty special game for me, because it's the one who brought me back to Pokémon.
