So in SV I just made up where she ended up working with the international police after becoming the Galar champion. Taking on the name Juliana and doing undercover work in Paldea to find out the oddities with the crater. I'd like to imagine after the story she stays in Paldea a little longer before reporting back to HQ and then heading home to Postwick.
