I agree that Ash Greninja sorta just does whatever it wants with his moveset and it looks like it'll get even crazier in the next two battles. When you remember that Water Shuriken is supposed to be a multi-hit move with 15BP each and you see it work like this, it kinda stops mattering which move it is.
