He's still a solid Pokemon. Even though his usage puts him in NU and he isn't broken enough in the tier to be banned, he is much better than a number of the mons clinging to RU classification.
Braviary is a solid Pokemon. He's not an amazing Pokemon, he's not a bad Pokemon. He's just solid, good, decent, usable, call it what you like. He has a place on the competitive scene in the lower tiers, even if he's not too popular, and he's powerful enough and cool enough to make a name for himself in the bro department. All in all, not too shabby compared to most of his birdy brethren. He's at least a respectable battler with some degree of competitive presence.
