I had a Hat Pikachu all the way up till the last totem, which I replaced with Jangmo-o, and I'm really sorry but not even a Z-Move could save that thing after a certain point. I really tried, and if this builder would allow me, I'd include both of them.
Otherwise this was my team for the entire game, and while my original goal was to only use new Pokemon from this generation, midway through I realized I used everything I liked in SM already so fuck it.
Also every choice kind of had a story to it, except Meowth, who I just wanted to use cause I never tried any Alolan forms

>Salazzle: Wasn't originally going to use Salandit cause I went through SM already with a level 60 male Salandit, but my first encounter in Wela Volcano was a female without trying so I felt obligated
>Kabutops: There's no interesting water types in Gen 7 aside from
Araquanid and my team had too many rock weaknesses already, so I opted for the (inferior) Ultra Moon fossil. It ended up being more fun to use as a rock type.
>Kommo: Pikachu replacement, and I trained one in SM originally but ended up swapping for Drampa at the last second, the worst mistake I've ever made.
