Violet is the rest of Chubu, especially Nagoya
Goldenrod is Kansai
The gold city feels kind like a desert so it could be Tottori since it has some sand dunes
The orange city is Yamaguchi, maybe? Dunno what the Unown ruins are supposed to represent
Pink city is obviously Shikoku, probably Tokushima/Naruto because of the bridge
Red city is like not-Snowpoint and represents Kyushu as a whole
