Don't really have a name for him yet, but he was once one of Ieyasu Tokugawa's assigned guards (lower rank, mind you). The political lifestyle wasn't cut out for him, and he took his leave after the unification of Japan to start one of the first Pokemon Dojos in Mikawa post-unification.
He and his Farfetch'd together with other companions like Scyther, Ninjask, and Doublade, trained both young swordsmen, and Pokemon, alike.
