Nah, can't imagine him being into it. For what it's worth, though: Those who care about him seem to often headcanon Tabitha as a dog person, and the idea of this man owning a simple '00 style blog dedicated to pics of his Mightyena & other dog mons in his life is very endearing to me

More of a hermit. I'd imagine most of his internet use is for research and keeping up with news. And stress relief. Definitely not for putting himself out there. I could also see him making a facebook account because someone close to him asked him to, then immediately neglecting to use it.

Definitely contacts the appropriate people immediately or as soon as possible when it comes to work. In private, though..good question. He probably devotes most of his time towards Team Magma, neglecting friends and family in the process.
