One thing about this gigaleak has me confused: I always thought for the longest time that Chimecho was the very last gen 3 Pokemon added to the game, evident by the fact that it has the very last index number in RSE's game files. But in this recent leak it shows that it was actually one of the earlier designs made. So why was it the last Pokemon in the index number?
