It's a powerful figure.Like i said, while manaphy is a pretty great support, you would need a team of 3 blastoise in your team to make it work, and even then setting manaphy is hard, because if you move it from your bench to the field it will block one of your entry points and you gonna have to protect it for it will become a target.
