>0.7m tallWhich by itself is really fucking big for a bird and is approximately the size it's being drawn as. Check pic related for a reference, Corphish is 0.6m tall, so Ash is like 1.5m tall at most.
As for if/when it becomes a Talonflame, his Pigeotto was normal size so what size his Fletchinder is doesn't really matter. Actually if you go check shots of his Pidgeot I don't even think it was that much bigger than the official size of 1.5m like people make it out to be.
