Espeon laning with Sylveon HV destroys. You are supposed to go with future sight and use future sight 1st for the lock on and then blast the enemy with psyshock and get the buff of future sight. Timi made this very easy to use with future sight auto lock than compared to Gards future sight and Espeon gives more reward.
Stored power/Psybeam is for players who can't aim at all.
If your team has enough CC and you trust them SoloQ, you can go with Psybeam to counter defenders/bulky mon on your enemy team but honestly future sight gives way more rewards than psybeam so get good with aiming/positioning.
Still trying to figure out Espeons Unite cooldown.
