Rules:
Must be RU, or lower
Changes must fit the design and lore of the Pokemon
No Megas, Z-Moves, ect. Regional Forms are allowed, but try to not make them a direct upgrade from the original
Try to limit type changes as much as possible. Type changes are allowed, but don't do stupid shit like "Typhlosion is now Fire/Ground-Type"
Stat, movepool and ability changes are allowed, and encouraged. New moves and abilities are also allowed, as long as they fit the Pokemon

Example:
Golem:
-20 Special Attack
+20 Attack
+10 Defense
+20 Speed
+20 Special Defense
Now gets Accelrock, Mach Punch, Rapid Spin, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Amnesia, Zen Headbutt and Bullet Punch
Steamroller now buffed to 90 base power + 40% chance to flinch
Old Explosion mechanics return, meaning Explosion now lowers the opposing Pokemon's Defense by half
Sand Veil is replaced by a new ability called Medusize
Medisize: A Rock-Type equivalent to Refrigerate, Galvanise, ect. Turns Normal-Type moves into Rock-Type moves + gives the moves a power boost
