Gardevoir is a good example of this looking at the ride or die mentality that it develops for it's trainer. Goodra are said to hug, and probably smother, their trainers a lot. Lucario are very loyal as well. Lopunny is the only pokemon that learns return naturally so I assume that means they're also quite affectionate too. Pokemon are literally made for humans.
