The colors clash worse than a little kid randomly picking clothes of different colors from their drawer that don't match. The bulb on its head is hideous, too, nowhere near as appealing as Chinchou and Lanturn's. I honestly think it's uglier than Feebas, a pokemon designed to be ugly.
