A lot of times when plot proposals are sumarized people read them and have a bunch of questions, then vote against it just because they don't know the answers to the questions.
Meanwhile when they go too much into detail, they risk people either not reading the tl;dr text, or they risk people voting against it because they don't like the rigidity that comes with specificity. (eg. I don't like that Northington is mentioned to have a mustache in this particular plot, therefore I'm gonna vote against it regardless of the rest)
What would be nice is if we could figure out how to sift the current plots that exist and piece them together into a format like

But that runs other risks like making 'anons' feel excluded and painting the 'plot sifters' as an elite secret group who don't allow outside influence... also you'd have to find people willing to read through clusterfuck that is current plot suggestions to begin with
