>>53193447There are plenty of ideas. You can play off it's other niches. Like in competitive. Raichu can be an attacker or all rounder with annoying support options. You can borrow from the anime and make it just Pikachu but stronger, more punishing and more physical.
My idea would be to mash up the ideas All Rounder Mage/caster punisher, with covert ally support options.
