Appeal shows that these are Pokémon that people might find attractive, sexualizition shows that they appeal to the demographics that actually produce porn hence why certain Pokémon lack growth and porn even if they score high. Think of it like Digimon, many people would say Angewomon is hot but people don't sexualize it in comparison to Renamon, who makes up 40% of all Digiporn, or Gatomon, or Guilmon or even Leomon simply because the demographics that pump out Digimon porn aren't interested in it.
When you have both high appeal and high sexualization is when you start to see these characters pop up all over the place. If you ever notice in social media sites most people only focus on a handful of Pokémon like Lucario, the eeveelutions, Lopunny, Gardevoir, Braixen/Delphox, Zoroark, etc. Tsareena, Lilligant, Hatterne, Meloetta and others don't tend to show up because they lack both sexualization and appeal. Just look at the list from the YouTube animator, who has one million followers, those are all highly sexualized and have high appeal across the board and he included Renamon because it's also very sexualized and has a lot of crossover with Pokémon because of that.
