This dude right here. I've always loved the design and have liked it on my team but those defense stats are pretty awful.
I've been doing a Monotype Challenge on an old Gold cartridge and he's on my team running Fly, Future Sight, Confuse Ray, and Night Shade, so with those first 3 moves he is decent at avoiding damage and sort of laying traps for when it inevitably faints, so he could be worse.
